Why Youth & Women Empowerment Matters

Youth and women are the backbone of families and the driving force of sustainable development in South Sudan. However, many face barriers such as unemployment, limited access to education and skills, poverty, and the lasting effects of conflict and displacement.

Christ Impact Unites (CIU) believes that when women and youth are empowered with skills, opportunities, and confidence, entire communities are transformed. Investing in them is investing in peace, stability, and long-term development.

Our Empowerment Approach

CIU’s Youth and Women Empowerment Program takes a holistic, faith-centered approach that focuses on skills development, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and leadership.

We work closely with communities to ensure women and youth are not only supported but equipped to become self-reliant contributors and leaders within their families and communities.

Agriculture→
We strengthen agriculture in South Sudan by equipping farmers with skills, tools, and climate-smart training. Read more
